With standard mounting designed for 16x19mm door holes, it is also ideal for retrofit purposes. Other mounting options, such as in wooden doors, round out the applicability.<\/p>\n

The electronics offer numerous adjustable functions and operating modes for private and public use, freely selectable master and user codes, a busy indicator, an AUTO-OFF TIMER for public mode, battery warning indicator and much more. Operation and programming are supported by visual and acoustic signals.<\/p>\n

Our main focus during development was on efficiency and ease of maintenance. A finely tuned system of mechanics, electronics and software allows -depending on the operating mode- up to 100,000 closing cycles with a single standard 1.5V AA alkaline battery. This not only keeps maintenance costs extremely low, but also protects the environment.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gradient_colors=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” css=”.vc_custom_1684242064625{margin-bottom: 50px !important;}” kswr_row_top_decor_enabled=”false” kswr_row_bottom_decor_enabled=”false”][vc_column][vc_column_text]Despite the wide range of functions and the very long battery life, we have equipped the Model 1904 with an additional mechanical locking cylinder with service key, which, in addition to the emergency opening function, also offers a simple option for changing the battery.<\/p>\n

If the battery needs to be changed at some point, the control panel and battery can be removed quickly and easily from the front using the service key. No additional tools, no unscrewing of the lock required. Not even the cabinet door needs to be opened for this. Changing the battery thus takes just a few seconds, and all codes and settings are of course retained.<\/p>\n

But the patent-pending coupling system offers even more advantages. Programming or reprogramming does not necessarily have to be carried out at the cabinet, but can be done conveniently at a separate location. This is an enormous advantage, especially for low compartment cabinets, where the locks are often located at knee height. When transporting cabinets, removing the operating parts can save the crucial millimeters to make room for an additional row of cabinets on the loading area.<\/p>\n
