W&F LOCKS GmbH & Co. KG is an independent, owner-managed B2B company dedicated to the development, production and distribution of locking systems that find their application primarily in industrial furniture in business premises, schools and other public facilities.

After many years of working in the lock and hardware industry, the company was founded in 2014 by Konstantin Frescher and Karl-Heinz Waitz. Since then, they have managed the company jointly and equally.

Within a very short time, W&F has earned an excellent reputation among leading suppliers of industrial furniture as an innovative, high-performance and reliable supplier of mechanical and electronic locking systems.

Regular new developments that always offer added value in terms of added value, functionality and convenience to furniture manufacturers, their dealers and the users of W&F locking systems are part of the W&F trademark.

The intensive development work of W&F LOCKS has produced numerous inventions that have led to national and European patents being granted.

From development to production – W&F locking systems are and remain “Made in Germany”. Quality and sustainability enjoy the highest priority in all areas. Our dealings with employees, suppliers and customers are always characterised by fairness and appreciation.

The company’s relocation in 2023 to the newly built, larger and modern production facility in the industrial area of Iserlohn Zollhaus is to be regarded as a major milestone. This once again underlines W&F’s willingness to make long-term investments and its desire for further growth.
